This discussion is related to Penile redness and itching, white peeling.

Hmm. i have exactly the same thing, and I did try this. it had a strong and helpful effect, but the rash kept coming back. is it advisable to extend this treatment, for like two-three months? is there any other treatment or tricks i should employ as well?

This may just be irritation, or it could be a yeast. Yeast infections are commonly not transmitted from women, even though women get them far more often than men.

I suggest the following:
1.  Please do not wash the penis repeatedly, since that will aggravate the redness and irritation.
2. Apply clotrimazole cream 1% (over-the-counter) twice daily.
3. If the rash isn't gone in 3 days, please consult a physician.

Best.
