penile pain

the foreskin of my penis is inflamed,before i only felt pain in my pubic area and wt i think a vain in my penis up to the foreskin that was inflamed,it was painful to touch..and at the tip of my penis where urine comes out there was a lump that was redish and discharged i think green mucus because in the morning i can see a few green spots in my underwear..this all started wen i masturbated and wiped my penis with a cloth that was to be sent to the laundry shop.when i wiped my penis it was like something stung my penis and there was that lump..hope you can help me out..

From the symptoms it can be a boil but since we don’t not know your sexual history it makes sense to get a complete STD panel and herpes testing done. If there is a swollen penile vein, then Mondor’s disease needs to be ruled out. Most individuals have no or only minimal signs or symptoms from HSV-1 or HSV-2 infection. When signs do occur, they typically appear as one or more blisters on or around the genitals or rectum. The blisters break, leaving tender ulcers (sores) that may take two to four weeks to heal the first time they occur. Typically, another outbreak can appear weeks or months after the first, but it almost always is less severe and shorter than the first outbreak.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
