penis glans heat boils

i got heat boils on my penis glans... b'cause of heat or wat... how to cure that... help me...

can i use Neosporin oilment... on the boils...

one more thing is while sleeping.. early morning (4am) my penis glans got itching.. then i start scratching on it . i'm  not able resist myself ...some times... i'm trying to stop this action  as much...
i'm really worried abt my behave... does it affect my penis.. ??? how to stop..

Hello,
For heat rash of the penis, wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin.Also wear cotton undergarments.Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful.If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist
