penis head fungus

On the head of my penis, on the left side only, is a shiny patch of skin.  2.5 months ago, it was a small patch of white with 7-8 tiny pimples which lasted a day until it turned into the shiny patch.

When I saw a urologist, he gave me Nystatin and Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream and it worked, but has now come back.  There is no itch and no pain.  The whole penis is reddish in color sometimes.

What could be the problem? Thank you.

Yes, its clotrinazole.  I will ask my doctor about desonide.

I did read about your circumcision.  That sounds painful.  I pray you will heal well.

that cream is also a steroid cream, please don't use it I think is clotrinazole or something like that. Yea try the white vinegar in water and the plaiin yoghourt, also air dry your penis after every shower. One of my friend member told me that he got cured from balanitis using Desonide, ask your doctor next time, I believe they are pills. I assumed you read my past post and that I ended up having a circumcision. I hope you don't have to do the same.

I am uncircumcised.  Its a small, shiny red patch on the left glan.  I went to see a doctor and he recommended 1% OTC cream...starts with a C, I forget, that's for fungus.

you may have balanitis. Please stop using Triancinolone acetonide, this is a steroid cream and if you over use it it will thin your skin and your red patches will show more. I will give you more information later. Please give me more details about your condition, also if you are circumcised or not. Your condition seems to be the same I had a couple of years ago.
