penis head sores/blisters, not herpes, not STDs.

have butter color-looking several ulcer-looking sores in the tip (head) of the penis. no sores in other parts of body.  do not have risky sex. have monogamous sex for over ten years. have a diabetic condition and have a minimal blood pressure condition. it does not hurt or sting, just itches minimally, almost no itching but i feel something. have had sores for 2-3 weeks. have used: i. Neosporin Dermico by gsk.  ii.  Onofin-K (ketoconazol) by Rayere.  ii. Triple Antibiotic Ointment by Medicine Shoppe.  have gone to STD clinic and have been told it is not herpes.  can one have an eczema condition of the penis head only?

¿what may be some drugs that would possibly helpful in resolving severe cases of sores/blisters on head of penis?  i do as many others who do not have financial abilities or insurance who live near the mexican border, we go to the mexican pharmacies.  further, i have been told a number of times that my suger levels are too high i.e.  375 in up.  i am taking in the morning with breakfast two tabs of 500mg Metformina.  while discussing diabetic issues, what other diabetic medications may be helpful?. also, i have a high blood pressure condition but not severe.  i do not have an over weight problems.  i am approx 5' 6" and weigh approx 158 lbs.  thank you.

Hi,
Sores on the penis can be due to infection, inflammation(balanitis)- bacterial or fungal) or even an allergic manifestation.
High sugar levels can be the cause and if it is not controlled then all the more so.
You need to get it tested to see if sugars are under control. If that is taken care of then witha course of antibiotics/anti-fungal medications as the case maybe , the sores can begin to heal.
Only topical application of these drugs may not help in resolving severe cases.
