penis is having skin problem

Hi , my penis was fine till it has some skin infections now ...at present my entire penis skin is having a layer which makes my skin dry , secondly on my penis head sides ,now i can see some dots like wats..im really worried now ...is it due to some stds? whats should I do ? please advise
