penis issues

I have not had real sex since 2006, ( I know it's sad ! ), However my penis has developed a skin issue that presents itself with a red ring around the entire head and dry flaky skin(like my elbows) on the fore skin, I was told by my doctor I have sehbooric dermatitas on my face and head(which really suck's too!). I could not bring up the penis is`sue as he's a family friend. Is this related? How do I fix my dix(LOL), I know I don't use it much but now I couldn't even if the opportunity presented itself, can you suggest something Pleeeeeeeeeeeeezzzzzzz!

Hello,
The possibility of seborrheic dermatitis of penis cannot be ruled out in your case. Topical antifungals and mild steroids are the usual treatment and combination of the two can be used to treat stubborn patches. But these should be used only after consulting a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
