so about a month ago a former partner of mine came to me showing me these red welt like bumps around her vagina.  i thought they were odd but didn't look like the pics of herpes i've seen.  she slept in my bed a few nights later, no sex...her in her panties, myself naked.  3 days later while having sex with a different girl i felt pain.  looked afterward and on the head of my penis was a very red, raised spot.  within a few days, i had some irritated red spots come up on my scrotum, my thigh, my abdomen.  they all went away within a day or so, except the one on the head.  it took 10 days. went to 2 different health depts.  and was tested and am waiting on results.  both say my roblem didn't sound like herpes.  well, then the skin on my penis has changed color toward the end before the head.  like a white ring around it.  there are some brownish spots too.  my scrotum is red.  the skin on the bottom of my penis is very dry and ashy.  the health dept. gave me vagisil but that hasn't  helped.  can't get into derm. until the 12th.  this is driving me crazy.  sometimes i feel a little sick.  and if i have sex or masturbate the spot on my head comes back.  there were no blisters...i'm at a lost.  everyday it's a new symptom.  for a while my scrotum actually burned.  and my tigt testicle is sore sometimes.  what is going on with me?  the derm. is gonna cost a fortune cause i can't get insurance until oct. 15th, but i can't wait.  by the way, the girls spots, they never burned and were gone in like 3 or 4 days.  she too went to the health dept and they told her the same thing they told me. and all her results came back negative.  we weren't given a herpes blood test and they can't test me for hpv cause i'm a man.  so please help me out.  i need this $19 bucks, but i need to know if my penis is falling off, am i dying, what is up!?

there is no safe way to enlarge what god has given you. Other than hanging weights from it when you were young, sorry

i too had these feeling minus the marks or discoloration.  It seemed that i would be feeling something new all the time like sensitive penis head  burning scrotum and pubic region.  I got tested for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia both negative.  But, the best advice I can provide is athletes foot powder for itching and stop looking at sites for symptoms it seems after I did this I would surly feel them that night.

This certainly does not sound like herpes at all.  It also doesn't sound like an STD.  I doubt it has anything to do with the sexual contact you describe.  Most likely you have mild eczema plus irritation.  The dermatologist should be able to set your mind at ease and clear up your skin.  Meantime, you should leave the area a lone, avoid fiction when possible, and apply only non-medicated creams like Vaseline or Lubriderm.  You'll be fine.
