penis lesions and tineling with toung ulsers

hi i was reading the messages from other guy about red bumps and tingeling in the penis, my boyfriend has a similar case, BUT his red bumps are more like a lesion and looks wet like puss but they do not ooze or leak. some times they are on his ball sack as well. the weird thing is that when this happens there is also a ulcer or some thing similar on his toung. he didn't realize they had any thing to do with each other at first but now they happen simultaneously. we thought that is might be herpies (herpes) but he has had cultures three time and two blood test i have also been tested and niether of us has any std's of any kind. it happens every two or three months for about two weeks and started in aug of 08 so about six months. he has been to a regular md, a disese (disease) doctor, a infection doctor and a urigolist i think he studies inflamation (inflammation). they are stumped they thought it might be a disese (disease) caled bichetts(I think) But he did not have the eye inflamation (inflammation) that goes with it. nor did he have the inflamation (inflammation) in the joints that may also be a symptom. i don't know if this has an thing to do with what is going on but it seems to me that during the past 6mths he has some leg spazams at night maybe rls? we are stumped and worried do you have a suggestion?
