im 17 and i have a rash type thing on the head of my penis its all red, wrinkly and dry. It doesnt hurt or anything but it is quite noticeable and im scared girls will see it. I am a virgin and i dont know what to do please help

Hello,
Since you are a virgin, it rules out any STD and since it is non itchy it rules out a fungal infection. It could be just dry skin or dermatitis skin. The mainstay of management is liberal use of moisturizers after washing with luke warm water. Soap should be used minimally. Moisturizers should be reapplied liberally during the day. You can also use a topical cortisone (steroid) cream or ointment like hydrocortisone. Adding a humidifier to the central heating system of your home or using a humidifier also helps.

If the symptoms persist then get an evaluation done from a dermatologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
