penis red spot

small red spot on left side of penis, had various tests, it has been the same size and place for over 4 months now...
tests for herpes I and II came back negative, I have been on betamethasone valarate, topicort and now hydroval(the dermatologist saw me via skype at local dr.'s office) but i don't know how long to use the last one before results should change????(i stopped now after three weeks and can't reach him til monday)
it is embarassing, not painful or itchy, but partners think it is STD  - I ain't gettin any as long as this stays!!!!! :(

Since this red rash has been present for so long , I would like to rule out the possibility of eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis (atopic, contact, allergic),excessive sweating causing sweat dermatitis or balanitis(due to an underlying infection (bacterial and fungal as well as other organisms) .

I suggest you to consult a dermatologist and get a biopsy skin done to confirm the diagnosis.
