penis red spots

Hi ,i am at the age of 40, now from last 3 days i find some white spots over my penis head and the white matter removes off if i rub it with fingre genty & behind that spot  small red spots are there,no irritation or no burning but what this problem is please help ?

One possibility is of fungal infection and the other possibility is of dermatitis skin. To confirm the diagnosis, please get an examination done from a dermatologist. Till then, do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments.
