penis skin problem and pain
i have been masturbating last 5 years.i am 20 years old i have a problem in my penis, the skin which covers the forehead of the penis and the part of the penis inside the penis has become pinkish color and the part of the the skin which joins the fore part of the penis below the fore part has got cut and it pains badly when my penis is erected but no problems with sperm erection

You must have injured yourself. Do refrain from any sexual activity until this has been assessed by your primary physician. The cut must have been infected and this may cause the redness, swelling and pain.
An OTC pain medication may be able to help temporarily.Have your physician assess this and keep from unnecessarily touching or manipulating the area to avoid any infection. Avoid wearing tight underpants and always keep the area clean and dry.Wash it with mild bland soap .
