perfectly round marks on lower leg/feet

I wonder if any one has some advice please. I have recently began to get small perfectly round red marks on my lower legs and a couple on the feet. They appear suddenly and and fade within a couple of hours.
I have had them intermittingly over the course of the last few days but not every day.
When i stretch the skin around the mark it disappears and returns when the skin reverts back to normal.
I take no medication/no illnesses apart from geographic tongue.
I am at a lss to understand what it could be....i have animals but they look nothing like flea bites which I thought they may be given the location of the marks.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Such a rash that appears and disappears is due to hives which can be due to allergic reaction. The other possibility is of eczema skin. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. You can take some OTC oral antihistamine medications like Benadryl or Claritin and see if it helps.

For mild-moderate symptoms a weak steroid may be used (e.g. hydrocortisone as dermacort), whilst more severe cases require a higher-potency steroid (e.g. clobetasol propionate, fluocinonide). But they are available under prescription and should be taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
