perinial abscess

Please help anyone? 7 wks ago i got an abscess incision and drainage(jus next 2 anus) after being admitted to hospital it literally accured over a 3 day period with antibiotics having no effect, the insision was so small it made the packing of cavity the most painfull ordeal i have ever experienced..eventually after 5 wks of every day packing and much giving out the surgeon decided to make the insision bigger so back under general and now i am left with a thumb nail size hole that i am having packed and dressed for the last 2 wks, during this whole 7 wks i am so tired, ill, on/off sweats and with 3 kids and hubby so worrrried our lives have been turned upside down... before all this i had a d&c and marina coil fitted and for 6 wks i felt ill, weak, dizzzy, my doc has said these were all normal side effects from the hormone and would take 3 months to settle..but only 6 wks after coil fitting the abscess ocurred?, every doc nurse i have met and all say just a coincidece but im not sure and cant even think straight anymore, i am usually so well happy bubbly person which I have not felt since coil fitting on april 17th, so thats 3 general anest, 9 days in hospital, 2 insision and drainage of abcsess, 2 antibiotis including intro anti, several visits 2 gp, all bloods done thankfully nothing showed up a lot of pain meds, anyone hear of anything similer to mine,, cant cope with much more, by the way my hubby now doing packing 4 me and 1 visit to hospital a wk..thanks 4 any replies..
