permanent goosbumps after giving birth?

After giving birth an aquantance now has permanent goosebumps. She is from Nepal (near India), and lives in Oregon. After only about two days in the summer wearing short sleaves, the sun starts to make her skin uncomftorbable. It's even worse when she sweats. Idea's please?

Permanent goosebumps are usually found in keratosis pilaris. Keratosis pilaris occurs when the human body produces excess keratin, a natural protein in the skin. The excess keratin surrounds and entraps the hair follicles in the pore. So far the genetic basis of keratosis pilaris has been proven. I suggest your girlfriend to get this possibility evaluated from a dermatologist.
