petechiae and rectal bleeding

just want to ask...my sister 6 years old have this so called petechiae on her arm and leg.   and recently there is blood coming out from her rectal. so here my question. is these two condition have relation or it shows that her condition become worst?

Hi.
Petechiae are skin manifestations of bleeding.  There could be a relation between the two symptoms she is experiencing, and may be a result of a hematologic problem.
It would be best to bring her to her doctor for evaluation.  A complete blood count with platelet count, and bleeding parameters may be needed in order to find out what is causing her problems.
