hi there! i hope that you can help me! last year i had a drunken encounter with a girl i met on a nite out. she gave me oral without a johnny & after a few months i noticed that my little man was a shade lighter around the head & side. i recently went to the doctors to get it checked out & asked the doc if there was any solutions but said there was not so i was too embarrased to go back. i've lost confidence because of this & scared to show my partner as shes not seen it.

can you please suggest some solutions pls as i'm desperate to get this rectified asap!

thank you for your time & there won't any more drunken encounters like that again

Hello,
Having an intercourse for one time only won’t cause any hypopigmentation unless there is some fungal infection or lichen sclerosus. Lichen sclerosus is a chronic disease which effects usually the genital areas in postmenopausal women. The exact cause is not known and can be too active immune system and hormone problems. I suggest you to get it evaluated from a dermatologist and get the diagnosis confirmed. Biopsy skin may be needed for this.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
