pills to cure keratosis pilaris???

i ordered this pill called keplarex from online, has anyone heard of it? it is suppose to cure keratosis pilaris

I think i'm going to order the pills(keplarex), i'm desperate. Has anybody tried those pills. I have some form of keratosis pilaris on my face. I am through with topical steroids, I had no idea of what it is doing to my skin, I used to have pretty good skin and look great but since my daughter was born it has become worse. Please let me know if those pills work. Has anybody tried Bioskincare? If anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them.
