pimle on the corner of my mouth

i have the same problem. i dicovered it yesterday and did not try to pop it .today, right after i got out of bed, i went to the bathroom and saw i was yellow.(or had a yellow crust) i pop it and wiped it with a towel. i think this happen from last time when i got the same thing but on my chin and could of spreaded up toward my mouth. i expect the same thing in the moring.

Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough, but it sounds like folliculitis or boils. Folliculitis is the inflammation of one or more hair follicles. The condition may occur anywhere on the skin. keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.
