pimpels or warts??

I have 3 or 4 of these up and down the shaft of my penis. They don't itch or burn. Are these pimpels or warts? Please help

Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub, folliculitis, cysts, genital warts or Fordyce spots (small (1-5mm) bright red or purple papules that can appear on the penis and usually effect younger men).

Please get it examined from a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis.
