pimple like thing on shaft of penis and scared

not sure when i got it exactly but ive had it for several months. i didnt think anything of it but have always been worried about it. i havnt gone to get tested because im scared to find out anything. ive had unprotected sex about 10 times? each with a different woman and almost every one said they had been checked a month or a couple months before. but pretty much it looks like a white pimple with a point. ive tried popping it with no success because i dont wanna hurt it or infect it. its on the shaft near the head on top. it duznt itch or hurt or any of the above. its just there. what also concerns me more is that its right on top of on of the larger veins on my shaft. i dont know if this is helpful or if it makes a difference where it is but thats pretty much it. any advices or comments would be helpful because my girlfriend saw it the other day and nows shes very worried and so am i

Sounds like a genital wart.  You need to go to the doctor for a diagnosis, but they may be able to remove it.

another thing i want to add is that while i was looking at it yesterday it seemed smaller, as if it was going to go away. then today i noticed it wasnt as small as it was yesterday. when i bunch up the skin the whole area of it is white. and when the skin is stretched its skin color.

how would they remove a genital wart? ive never had any warts on my body anywhere of any kind.

Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub, folliculitis, cysts ,molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) or genital warts(caused by HPV infection).

Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lump persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
