pimple like things in pube area

a little while ago i had a hernia operation and i have a scar in my pubic hair area about 2-3 months ago i notcied pimple like things popping up around down there mainly around my scar these pimples start off like normal pimples with the white head , i asked my girlfriend to pop the very first one and a ball of skin come out but then bled like hell i am worried what these are, as the other day a really small one appeared on my penis is it contagious is it any thing to be worried about please help there is no irratation no itchyness nothing just pimple like dots that has me stressing

Without examination,confirming a diagnosis is tough but they can be folliculitis. Folliculitis is the inflammation of one or more hair follicles. The condition may occur anywhere on the skin.

Folliculitis starts when hair follicles are damaged by friction from clothing or blockage of the follicle. In most cases of folliculitis, the damaged follicles are then infected with the bacteria Staphylococcus (staph).

Pls keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful.In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed.Pls consult a dermatologist in that case.
