pimple on penis

hey doc last night i maturbated without lube not rigurosly but enough to *** then the next day after i took a shower i found a pimple with puss in it should i be afraid?

Hello,
It looks like simple hair follicle or folliculitis. Some anti-inflammatory medicines (like diclofenac  or ibuprofen) will help to reduce the swelling. Cleaning with some anti-septic solution and anti-biotic course under general physician’s guidance will lessen the pus formation.

Till then you can apply topical antibiotics like Neosporin cream. I sincerely hope it helps. Take care and please do keep us posted on how you are doing. Warm regards.
