How are you?Canker sores, also called aphthous ulcers, are small, shallow lesions with  white or yellow center and a red border that develop on the soft tissues in the mouth. The  cause of canker sores remains unclear, though a combination of several factors such as hormonal changes, food, emotional stress and allergies contributes Most canker sores go away on their own in a week or two. If you have unusually large or painful canker sores or canker sores that don't seem to heal, it would be good to see your doctor. You may read more about this through this link:http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/canker-sore/DS00354

Take care and keep us posted.
