pimples on my balls

Dear Doctor,
For more than a year now, i have many pimples on my balls , some are small and others are big,last year ittarted as one pimple then they started to spread only on my balls. First i thought it was herpes or warts, but when i went to my doctor he said it is not. actually the small pimples can be squeezed and white stuff goes out of it ( more like white fats ). there is no rash , it doesnt burn, and it doesnt hurt, but it looks veryyyy annoying. Would you please tell me what is the name of this disease andwhere it comes from ? is there any medicine for it ?
