pinched finger

Hi there! I was in a ladies' bathroom the other day and I couldn't get the lock to close. So I forcefully tried to close it and ended up pinching the underside of my ring finger rather severely. At first it looked like there was a sac of blood underneath my foreskin and so my friend convinced me to let it be and try not to puncture it. So I left it like that, but on the next day, the once blood-filled sac turned blue. Should I be going to my doctor immediately? Or just wait for it to go away? It's also very sensitive to the touch and so I can bet it's going to hurt a lot if it gets either punctured intentionally or accidentally. Thanks in advance!
