pinples on shaft

hello there .. my question is for little tiny white pimples .. not on the head of the penis .. but on the skin ..on the shaft .. i had never ever had sexual intercorse ever with out a condom ...and pral sex not so much ...but i have discoverd for the past 2 months i have these little white tiny pimples on my shaft ... should i be worried ???what should i do ?

These small pimples can be due to clogging of the sebaceous glands or Fordyce spots which are normall present on the shaft of penis. Fordyce spots are a natural occurrence and cannot be removed at home. If they are clogged pores, then cleanse the area thoroughly and apply a good mild exfoliating scrub on that. You can apply calamine lotion or Neosporin ointment and see if it helps. If the symptoms persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
