planters wart

I have had this planters wart for years.  I have tried everything and it will not go away.  I have had 2 laser surgeorys to remove, and it returned, I have tried the over the counter medications, nothing works.  What causes these and how do I get rid of it.  It is painful to walk in which is making me walk in a different way in order to prevent putting pressure on the bottom of my foot.

Hello,
Since you have not benefitted from the laser treatment, so the other treatment options should be probed. Intralesional injections of antigens, topical application of dilute glutaraldehyde, cryosurgery with liquid nitrogen, electrodessication and cauterization are the other effective treatment options.

I sincerely suggest you to discuss these treatment options with a dermatologist.
