i had 4 red dots so far, i noticed they get really red when im nervous, i get just one in a week, they usually dissappear in a week and they leave brown mark, im not sure if this are anxiety rash. at present the first two dots i had are gone and i have 1 left on my hand and on my face.

its just the same as blushing really but they call it flushing cause its mainly on the chest arms and neck, i read its the blood vessels to close to the skin and when we get nervous or stressed the get big and red just on me mine ar close to the skin so they show the world to see!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms it can be cholinergic urticaria. . It  is a form of chronic hives that is caused by an increase in body temperature but can be idiopathic also. Take some antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin and apply some calamine lotion on the hives. If the symptoms persist then please get it examined from a dermatologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
