please help! i dont know whats is it

hello.
first of all:
1.i am not sexualy active. never had intercourse.
2. did go out to clubs and kissed couple of girls there.
about a year and half ago, i woke up and found a spot on the shaft of my penis. at first it was very small barely noticable. when i take a shower it gets pink but later when my skin dries, it get white. not wet white but dry white. i thought that it was irritation froom too much masturbation and eventualy healed.
after couple of month i had final exams and usualy i masturbate a lot when iam stresed out, and noticed that iam started to get this spot again. it was the same as the previous one. but i kept on playing with it untill it craked but did not bleed. i went to my doctor and he looked at it and said that its nothing to be worried about. he took blood and tested me for general tests(cholesterol, liver...etc) but not for STDs since i told him that i never had sex. after that it healed. i keep getting these spots and they take a while to heal. a month sometime. the doctor told me that its not an STD since u didnt do anything sexual.
the spots:
1.does not itch, burn or i dont even feel its presence.
2.i dont feel burn during urination or any discharge.
3.after the hot shower, its pinked and if i stretch the skin i can see it shiny under the light.
4.its start small but get a little bit bigger(still very small 2-3mm).
5. it get dry. its not a bump. its flushed with the skin.
6. i dont feel that iam sick or down when i get these spots.
7. i know this is silly but i checked all the herpes pictures and other pictures but its nothing like it at all. not even close.
now i got these spots again. so i said maybe its from too much stress and masturbation. should i be worried about that????? did i contract anything from those girls at the club??
i thought that maybe they are taking longer to disappear cuz i masturbate.
i had oral sex this summer(3month ago) and iam afraid that i passed something to that girl.but she did not copmlaint about anything. but these spots were appearing before i got oral sex. please help!

ps: its usualy 1-2 spot sperated.

I think you have a little irritation and lot of anxiety.  What you describe doesn't sound anything like herpes or any sexually-transmitted disease.  You already saw a doctor who told you this, so there's not really much I can add.  Masturbation or any other kind of friction will aggravate this, of course.  You need to avoid rubbing, picking, or closely examining your penis.  If you're still worried, see a doctor again.

I cant say what it is, but from description and based on your sexual history its not an STD.  Put the STD worrying to rest.

Not to worry, in my opinion. As per your description of symptoms and your MDs diagnosis, it would appear that you don't have any thing, serious to worry about.
However, Since you masturbate, & sometimes frequently, I would double-chk on any product you may be using, to masturbate with. Certain lotions or potions used in this activity can cause the symptoms, you've described, due to certain additives that will adversely affect the skin. Also, dry friction can be irritable to skin, as well.
