please can someone answer me how long pleva skin condition usually takes to clear or cure permanently. I have 11 year old nephew and his skin condition changed about half a year ago. he is doing UVB treatment and taking eritromicin. please can someone respond to my concerns. my email is ***@**** u all

PLEVA may persist for some years but is generally fairly harmless. In some cases, systemic systems may include high fever, sore throat, diarrhoea, abdominal pain, central nervous system symptoms, lung disease, enlarged spleen, arthritis, sepsis, anaemia, and conjunctival ulcers.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
