pls explain

i have blisters both at the palms and the foot. they dont hurt neither itch but they get dry by themselves with the skin getting yelllow and wearing itself. i also feel  pain at the bones. i began with pain at the back two weeks later i had pain at my ankles then at my shoulder then at my right side of back then at my chest frame now at my right hip hip bone pls explain as in my country tests take too long pls  pls pl and i m quite in pain

Blisters on the hands and the feet may be a form of eczema, but eczema wouldn't cause pain.  I really don't know why you're in pain.  I think you are going to have to see a doctor in person if you want a proper diagnosis.
