points on penis head and foreskin

dr. back in feb 19 i posted to you a question saying that i had some red dots in my penis and foreskin, you told me to put lubriderm, but it didnt take it away...i still have the same problem, it started itching, not too much, around 2 weeks ago so i went to see a dermatologist who told me it was a bad treated irritation, he told me to wash with borax with warm water, it seemed to cure everything but once i leave it the symtoms return....im worried about it...could it be candida? some fungus? why is it not going away? the foreskin seems to get very red when i dont use borax....

give me your proffesional point of view please

It certainly doesn't sound like a yeast or fungus, since the kind of treatment you used wouldn't have made those go away, even for a short while.  I'm not certain from what you write that you have anything wrong with you.  Maybe you just have some redness left over from the irritation.  As I've told many other people who write me, the best thing to do for redness is to not look at it and leave it alone.  Obviously, the doctor who saw you didn't think it was a yeast or fungus, so why should you worry?  If yo have questions like these, the doctor who saw you is the one you should be asking....

Best.
