possible molluscum contagiosum

Ok I have this bump on the base of my penis right wear the hair stops and I was hoping you could help me figure out what this is. For the past couple of months I noticed this area was a litle reddish and rasied. I squeezed it and some stringy pus came out. It was red for a few days but got alot smaller. Well at least I think it got smaller i think i might be just worry about it too much. Well after a couple of weeks it seemed to get bigger and more noticeable. I squeezed it again and same results. It seems as if i just keep repeating this but it never completely goes away. The bump isn't very big and does look like possibly as just hair follicle but a little bigger. There is a hair very close to it. Sometimes the bump looks kind of red and sometimes a little shiny. It doesn't really hurt at all, but i can't seem to leave it alone. I was wondering if you think its molluscum contagiosum cause I was reading that white stuff comes out of them when you squeeze it. I looked at pictures online and the pics of mc seemed to be alot bigger bumps and they looked almost like blisters. I was also wondering if you think maybe because I keep squeezing it maybe that why the mc doesn't get as big and look like the stuff I saw in the pictures. The bump isnt very noticable a few days after I squeeze it but can def been seen when looked at or I strech the skin. I have been trying to figure out whats going on and what I should do to make this go away. Thanks for all your help

It's probably a blocked follicle.  I advise you to leave it alone so as not to confuse the issue, and then show it to a doctor so you'll know for sure.  if it's a follicle, it's normal and should be left alone.

Best.
