Hi , I am an 18 year old male , in my adolescent years(13 to 16) i used to masterbate by dry humping my bed, i did that waaay tooo often , anyways i have brown skin on my penis from friction it is only on the right side of my penis where i used to rub against , i was wondering what this condition is , and is it curable? plleeeeease help ,any reply would be veeeery appreciated , thanx in advance.

These dark brown stains can be due to hyperpigmentation skin or post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Treatment options include treatment with vitamin C and hydrocortisone, peel with carbon dioxide snow and alexandrite and ND-Yag Q-Switched laser treatment preceded by a hydroquinone-based application. Please discuss these options with your dermatologist.

Hello doctor, where can the treatment for this be done ? I also have somewhat similar hyperpigmentation as there is uneven skin tone on the penis with light and dark shades throughout the shaft. No disease or STD as per my last checkup.
