post menopause acne and accutane

I'm 49 years old, going through surgical menopause but taking both estrogen and testosterone injections every 6 weeks. Since starting these injections I've developed acne and I realize its probably the testosterone--but I want to continue these injections--so I have begun accutane treatment. I have 2 questions: will the accutane work well on this type of acne? can I get more wrinkles from the drying effect of the treatment? if so, will they go away after treatment? I really appreciate any help you can give me.
