price for 2 cyst removals

I have 2 medium (1/2 to 1 inch) cysts on my scalp and my dermatologist said it would not be covered by my insurance because it's considered cosmetic so I'm wanting to know about how much it would cost to have them removed and whether or not my hair would have to be shaved for the procedure. I just won a court case and I'm coming into some money in 2 months and I really want it taken care of. They are visible due to my thining hair and it's very embarrassing and I'm also getting married soon so I don't want them to be visible or have parts of my head shaved for obvious reasons. Please tell me just a ballpark figure of how much it would cost and if my head would have to be shaved in those 2 areas. The removal of cysts on scalp is an OPD procedure and for this a small portion of scalp overlying the cysts need to be shaved. It is an OPD procedure for which no hospitalization if required and depending on your area it should cost around 200-300 $.
