prickly heat...
2 weeks ago i move to another gym, which cost low but have a impressive result... but my problem is that when i sweat i have this prickly heat(not itchy), visible only @ arms and nuckles... what is the treatment for this... what might cause this prickly heat? thanx everyone more power

its non itchy tiny white spots in arms and knuckles, happens only when im sweating

It can be due to folliculitis or heat rash. During exercising, wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful.
