problem in anus

hi i am 23,male........i had a problem in my anus...if i sit somewhere for a long time i will have somewhat like an irritation on my anus...it does not hurt but it will irritate me lot n also while passing stools initially it will pain a lot then after a little flow of stools that pain will stop,the pain is somewhat lie a burning pain........ n now whenever i pass stools there is no pain at all...no problem there ...but while sitting somewhere for long time it will give me irritation kind of pain...somewhat like a burning sensation...plzzz help me

This could be - any of the anorectal problems, including fissures, fistulae, abscesses, or irritation and itching, also called pruritus ani, and hemorrhoids.

'An anal fissure is an unnatural crack or tear in the anus skin. As a fissure, these tiny tears may show as bright red rectal bleeding and cause severe periodic pain after defecation.'

It would be best to consult a surgeon for your symptoms to find out the cause of your complaints.

Till then you could try eating a high-fiber diet, using stool softener, taking pain killer and having a sitz bath for your symptoms.
