problem on glans

i have a small spot developed on glans with white border. it is growing very slowly. i am having it from 4 months. i dont have any pain or irritation. it is just present and growing. it is developing like a small loop with white border and red skin inside it.can any one tell me the treatment.

I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be a clogged pore which is being irritated by skin, infections like herpes, HPV or syphilis or a penile tumor(less likely).
Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lump persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
