problem with penis skin

Hi, more less since 4 months, I noticed a transparent shiny look of my penis, i´t doesn´t hurt´s, neither smell´s, but it was in a section olny and now it covers all, it´s a bit sticky. Look´s like me penis it´s wet all time. An urologist prescribed me azitrocin and clotrimazol (for fungus), but i´t doesn´t works, it remains the same.
¿What can I do?, ¿is it dangerous?. Thank´s a lot.

I suggest that you re-visit your doctor and let him know that it your discharge is not responding to anti-fungal medications.
You have not mentioned your sexual history so it is not possible to give you any further advice.
Please visit your doctor at the earliest to rule out any STD.
If it does turn out to be the latter it is best that treatment is initiated as soon as possible.
