psorasis

what are the newest drugs for psorasis- besides embrel,etc- I have it on the bottom of my feet- can't exersise- need to lose 50 lbs- and on the palms of my hands - very frustrated- because the one thing that worked for a short time you are saying don't use and that is prednisone-(took it for something else 2 years ago- what a difference- short term pack)
have tried everything-don't drink soda- any other food items-
Have used Advanced healing bandages for the pain from the cuts- they seem to really work but the thickness will still come back once the pain goes away
