psoriasiform dermatitis

psoriasiform dermatitis

i am 36 yrs, suffering from scalp psoriasis small patches without exceeding hair line with out much scaling as well and on the trunk[ anterior chest wall, abdomen,
lower back and shoulder blades] with out involvement of extremities, it is in a mild form, but the lesions are all hair follicle based which is clinically confusing as folliculitis even to the dermatologist with intense erythema around the hair follicle
the size of the lesions doesnt exceed 1 cm, responds well to steroids, calcipotriol, tazoretene.
biopsy was done to confirm it came as psoriasis
my dermatologist says it is very atypical so he termed it as sebopsoriasis, is it correct
please let me know the treatment, prognosis
