i have psorsis. i'm told it's not that bad.i think anyone
that does not have to deal with it would think that way.
are there any vitamins, minerals,or diets that may help?
also what are the risks of Soriatane mainly to hair loss and vision and liver damage?

Beth:
Psoriasis can certainly be a big problem, but many people have cases which are not that extensive.
In general, diet and nutrition doesn't have much of a consistent effect on psoriasis.  There are many topical (external) creams which can help, though.  Other treatments include ultraviolet light.
Soriatane is a very strong drug with many side-effects.  It shouldn't be used in women of childbearing age like yourself.
I think you ought to see a doctor.  There's a lot he or she can do.  You might also want to visit the website of the National Psoriasis Foundation (www.psoriasis.org.)
Don't give up!
