purple spot next to red spot on penis overnight

i discovered this on myself today, it wasnt there yesterday...one purple spot about the size of a watermellon seed and a fainter red spot hanging out next to it. poped up overnight near the base of my penis. im a monogomus male with one gf for 5 years now who is clean...have no idea why or what this is....its painless, non raised, actually looks kinda like a bruise (purple)  ive included a picture

not that im aware of no, but it just looked to me alot like the way the janeway looked, but im not the expert so ill take your word for it, my palms and soles of feet have no jane's or olsters ether so i guess ill just monitor it for changes for the time being. its painless and doesnt have any affect on my life other than the anxiety of its discovery

Do you have any preexisting valve disorder to think of janeway and Osler's  nodes.(By the way, I heroworsip Sir William Osler) . If not no reason to connect.Do consult your doc.

i did need to take a fairly high does of ibuprofine day before last. 800mgs twice in one day, ( but ive done that before without this happening to me a few times) other than that, i take metoprolol xl 100mgs once a day but ive take that for more than a decade so thats not new. i supplement magnesium citrate and co-q10 every day as well. im just hoping it isnt a janeway leison because that can mean bacterial endocaditis, although i dont have a fever.

More like a drug rash (Erythema Multiforme).Could be a viral EM. NonSTD of course.Any medication in last two weeks?
