pus like bumps on childs butt and thigh

My child is 11years old and for some time now she keeps getting these small pus filled raised bumps on her butt check and also down the back side of her leg. They seem to go away over a short period of time they itch every once in a while but not after i put alchool on them. She had infitigo about 4 years ago and it kinda looks like that but they never pop like that. Some of them just look like a small hard whitehead. I would take her to the doctor but by the time I get a Appt. they are gone
