puss filled bumps on childs head

My daughter is 3yrs old and she has been getting these puss filled bumps on her head mostly where her hair starts. She scratches them and they seem to spread. They look somewhat like infected pimple. Ofcourse i go to the doctor and they say  its nothing poss a heat rash. This does NOT look like a heat rash someone please help.

This has been happening since maybe june. She had one outbreak when we went to the beach and then they dryed up. Now she is getting them again. It does have to do with the heat and sweat but some of them are big. And filled with yellowish pus. I have taken her to the doctor but I don't beleive its just a heat rash. They seem to spread when she scratches.

How are you? How is your daughter? Since when did she experience this? Are there other symptoms noted?  It could be an allergy to her shampoo or infected hair bumps.
Try to refrain her from scratching the affected area in her head. And avoid using hair ponytails or accessories that could lead to this. It would be best to see  your doctor for  proper evaluation.

Take care and keep us posted.
