question about 2 plantar warts.

ok, well i have 2 plantar warts: 1 on my toe on my left foot and one on the ball of the same foot and i havent gotten rid of them yet, but i wear my shoes and socks a lot, so that it wont be as painful to walk, and today when i took my sock and shoe off, it looked like they were bleeding a bit. is this possible? does this mean that they are peeling off? and they are starting not to hurt as bad either, please hepl me. i really dont wanna get them frozen off because from what ive read off the internet, people say they hurt really bad.
