bumps on my penis had reticently come up and are making me a little worried. i am sexually active but with the same person for the past yr. the bumps are like pimples where they have puss inside but once popped they are like raised craters that scab in the middle like a red ring with a small pin hole indent they are also not that big i look all over online and cant find much similarity to other std or sti.
I cannot confirm without examination but it looks like molluscum contagiosum. Molluscum contagiosum is a common, benign, self limiting viral infection of the skin. In adults, molluscum infections are often transmitted by touch or even sexually transmitted and can transmit from one site to other skin sites by aoutoinocultaion. Treatment includes physical destruction or manual extrusion of the lesions, cryotherapy, and curettage.
I would suggest you to get an evaluation done from a dermatologist and get the diagnosis confirmed.
I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted in case you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.
